My Day Off

Since its my day off I'll answer a few questions.

I get $1 gas for every delivery I take sometimes enough to cover, often not.

I keep 100% of the tips I make, most of the times id say like 10-40% it goes back to gas.

I use my own car.

Do small shifts 3-6 hrs usually, make around $20-60 depending on tips//deliveries.

Worked there 1+ years, just back for the summer.

    deliveries suck. i used to make the pizzas in my old job.

    I dunno that deliveries would be something I'd do. I think I'd rather just work retail.

    I don't know where you deliver, but I used to work for Domino's and I had some CRAZY people. One lady in her mid 40s tried to get me to come in and have sex with her because she saw my feet (size 15 shoe).

    Watch. Out.

    Cool blog man, following you. Question: say someone's pizza is like $16 and they give you a $20 bill and say keep the change. Is that a problem? Do you need to make your own change for the $20 so you can keep the extra $4? My friend and I always tell the delivery guy to keep the change and I was just curious.

    do you have some base salary, or just tips ? also, when i worked at place that delivered food, our drivers had fixed amount of cash per km, ti wasnt big, just about to cover gas.

    Former Pizza delivery boy here. Keep at it, and dang only 1$ per delivery for gas, that's not very much. Hopefully you guys have a small delivery radius.

    Sounds good, But I got 2 dollars for every delivery on my last job because the deliveries are freaking long.
